Deborah Leverett is a consultant, speaker, and teacher on developing leaders, creating a positive and ethical culture in the workplace, and helping companies achieve competitive positioning. Her consulting firm, Entera + Partners LLC, has worked with regional, national and international organizations such as the Travel Industry Association of America, St. Mark’s Regional Medical Center, Omega Broadcast Group, Texas Organization for Rural and Community Hospitals and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts among others.

She holds certifications from the Center for Creative Leadership in the most current methodologies in leadership effectiveness and development programs and is certified to facilitate Myer Briggs Profiles. As an executive coach, she is particularly interested in helping leaders transition into new positions.

She holds an appointment as adjunct professor in management at Concordia University in Austin and serves on the board of the Austin Leadership Forum.

She helped establish the Center for Ethical Leadership at the LBJ School of Public Affairs and has written ethical leadership training secondary curriculum for school districts, police departments and the Texas Governor’s Center for Management Development. 

She is a mentor to many young men and women and spent 4 years with the University of Texas Men’s Athletics in that role.

Deborah, a native of San Antonio, received an undergraduate degree in education from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio and a Master of Education from the University of Texas. She currently resides in Austin, Texas.
